Competition Rules
To participate in our competitions, there are a few important rules you need to know:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
- Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased online.
- No Refunds: Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen using a random number generator via a live Facebook draw, which occurs once the competition timer runs out or when all tickets are sold.
- Email Notification: Winners will be notified by email. Make sure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Prize Claiming
We will reach out to confirm your win and will make up to three attempts to contact you. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your prize will be forfeited.
Once your win and delivery address are confirmed, we’ll ship your prize promptly.
While we strive to deliver your prize within a few days, please allow up to two weeks for delivery during busy periods. Rest assured, all deliveries are completely free of charge.
